Reasons to get in touch
The messages that help us most usually fall into one of these:
- A correction. If you own a machine we cover and a capacity, wattage, size or weight on our page is wrong, that is the single most valuable thing you can send us.
- Questions about a brewer, a pod format, a grinder or a descaling product we have written about.
- Suggestions for products or coffee topics you would like to see covered.
- Your own experience with a machine we have written about, including the parts a specification sheet never shows.
- Business, partnership, press or copyright inquiries.
Two things we cannot help with
We do not sell coffee equipment and we do not handle orders, so anything about a delivery, a return or a refund needs to go to the retailer you bought from. We also cannot repair, service or diagnose a machine. For a fault, a leak or anything electrical, the manufacturer support line is the right place to start, and the manual that came in the box takes priority over anything written here.
This site is run by a very small team, so replies are written by a person rather than pushed through a queue. We get to messages as soon as we reasonably can.
