Information You Give Us Directly
The only routine way to send us personal data is the form on our contact page. That form runs on Contact Form 7. When you submit it, the message is emailed to us and a copy of the submission is also stored in this website’s own database, including the name, email address and message text you entered, along with the date, the page the form was sent from and the IP address recorded at submission.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through the contact form. It is a general correspondence channel and it is not the right place for financial details, identification documents or health information.

The Software That Runs This Website
Rather than list vague categories, here is what is actually installed and what each part does with data.
- WordPress is the publishing platform behind the site. It stores the pages themselves and sets a small number of cookies for logged in administrators. It does not set login cookies for ordinary visitors.
- WooCommerce powers the product catalog and the category structure you browse. It can set a cart or session cookie in your browser and, where a customer account is created, it stores the account details entered. - A first party analytics tracker records page views, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and clicks on outbound product links. It is operated for this publisher rather than by an advertising network. We do not run Google Analytics and we do not run Google AdSense on this website, and the analytics data is not used to build advertising profiles or sold to anyone.
- Cloudflare sits in front of our origin server as a content delivery network and security layer. Requests to the site pass through Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request metadata to filter malicious traffic, block automated abuse and serve cached copies of pages. Cloudflare sets its own security and bot management cookies. Its handling of that data is governed by the Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Rank Math manages the search engine metadata for our pages, such as titles, descriptions and structured data. It works on the content itself and does not collect personal data from visitors.
- Caching software stores prebuilt copies of pages so they load faster. Cached pages are anonymous and are not tied to an individual visitor.
Amazon Affiliate Links
IdealCoffeeShop.com takes part in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Product links on this site carry an affiliate identifier, and when you click one we record the click so we can see which pages send traffic. Once you arrive on Amazon, you are on Amazon’s website and their privacy notice applies, not ours. Amazon sets its own cookies to attribute any resulting purchase, and we receive commission reports that show items ordered and fees earned. Those reports do not identify you to us by name.

How We Use Information

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by California law. The categories we collect are identifiers such as IP address and email address, internet activity such as pages viewed and links clicked, and approximate geolocation inferred from IP address. We do not collect the categories of sensitive personal information defined by the CPRA.
How to Exercise Your Rights
Email [email protected] with the word Privacy in the subject line and tell us what you want us to do. We may ask you to confirm details that let us match the request to the data we hold, which for a website like this is usually the email address you used. We aim to reply within 30 days. There is no charge unless a request is excessive or repetitive, and we will say so before doing any work. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf where the law allows, with proof of authorization.
Children’s Privacy
This website is aimed at adults buying coffee equipment and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13, or under 16 where local law sets that higher threshold. International Transfers
