The One Cup Reservoir
Tastyle is explicit about this and deserves credit for it: the reservoir is non removable and the machine brews all the water added. There is no tank holding several cups and no guessing about how much is left. You measure water for the cup you want, pour it in, and that is what comes out.
The advantages are real. Nothing stands in the machine between uses, so there is no stale water and much less scope for scale or biofilm than in a machine holding 50 ounces for days. The disadvantage is equally real: every cup requires measuring, and back to back cups for two people mean two trips to the tap. An easy to view water window is fitted so you can see the fill level as you pour.
Four Brew Styles, and Why They Are All Hot
The four styles are Hot, Bold, Over Ice Coffee and Over Ice Tea. Tastyle then adds a note that most manufacturers would have left out, and it is the most useful sentence in the whole listing: all four brew styles deliver hot beverages, varying by concentration and temperature.
That is worth stating plainly. The Over Ice settings do not brew cold coffee. They brew a hotter, more concentrated liquid designed to be poured onto ice you have already put in the mug, and the listing instructs you to add ice before selecting the setting, at a recommended ratio of one part ice to one part water. This is how iced coffee should be made on a machine of this kind, and Tastyle explaining it removes the most common cause of disappointment with iced modes. If you want genuinely cold brewed coffee, the steeping vessels in the cold brew category are a different process entirely.
Brew Sizes from 6 to 16 Ounces
The 6 to 16 ounce range is the widest of any single serve machine covered here, where most stop at 12 or 14. A 16 ounce setting exists for large travel mugs and for the iced modes, where half the finished volume is ice.
Remember what a larger size does on a pod machine. More water through the same pod means a weaker cup, not a bigger one, so a 16 ounce pod brew is substantially diluted compared with a 6 ounce one. The Bold style is the compensation and pairing it with the large sizes is the sensible approach. With ground coffee the problem largely disappears, because you control the dose.
Drip Tray, Mug Clearance and Cord
The drip tray is removable and heightened, which reduces splashing when brewing into a short cup by bringing the cup closer to the outlet. Removing all the trays gives clearance for a travel mug up to 7.3 inches, which covers most commuter mugs.
The cord is 26 inches. That is very short, shorter than any other machine on this site, and it is the specification most likely to cause a problem. It also does not say whether the reminder can be reset manually. Splash proof is a materially stronger claim than reducing splashing, and the manufacturer’s own wording is the conservative one, so that is the one to believe.
The dimensions also disagree with themselves. The bullet point gives 9.2 inches deep by 4.6 inches wide by 12 inches high while the attribute table gives 9.3 inches deep for the same machine. The difference is trivial and it tells you the two figures were entered separately. The Amazon title contains no brand name at all, beginning with the product description instead, so the model number K320IT is the identifier to search on. The Recommended Uses field says Traveling, which is not a serious suggestion for a corded appliance. The record dates the listing to December 2024 and the title marks it as a 2.0 version, which the listing never explains.
What the Specifications Do Not Settle
There is no brew temperature for any of the four styles, no wattage and no brew time. The concentration difference between Hot and Bold is not quantified. There is no statement of the maximum water the one cup reservoir accepts beyond the 16 ounce brew size, and no indication of what happens if it is overfilled. The item weight of 2.77 pounds is stated and plausible for a machine this narrow.
Nothing describes the mesh grade of the ground coffee accessory, and nothing states whether the three accessories are dishwasher safe. Owner feedback is limited given the recent listing date, and what exists commonly reports that the machine is easy to use and that the brewing options work as described.
Who It Suits
This suits a genuinely small space: a desk, a dorm, a caravan, or a kitchen with a four inch gap between other appliances. It suits someone who would rather measure water each time than keep a tank of it standing, and someone who drinks iced coffee and appreciates being told honestly how the machine makes it.
